What we do

We keep things simple. Our focus is on considered work — the kind that ages well and needs little explanation. Most of what we do begins with listening: understanding the shape of a problem before reaching for a solution.

The studio sits in a converted mill building where the light changes noticeably through the day. We find that the environment matters. A good workspace encourages patience, and patience tends to produce better outcomes.

Current interests

Lately we have been drawn to the intersection of handmade processes and repeatable methods. There is a tension there worth exploring — how much structure can coexist with improvisation before one overtakes the other.

Getting in touch

We are generally available for correspondence. There is no rush. We prefer thoughtful exchanges over rapid ones, and we tend to respond within a few days. If something here resonated, we would be glad to hear about it.
